Orders are dispatched within two business days after payment via trusted national couriers, with tracking details emailed upon shipment. Shipping charges include handling, packaging, and postage—handling is fixed, while transport costs vary by weight. Products are securely packed and delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delays due to weather or other unforeseen issues may occur, and rerouting or changes after placing the order are not allowed. Each order gets one delivery attempt; undelivered orders are returned without refunds or re-delivery. Estimated delivery: same-day for Delhi-NCR, 3 days for most regions, and up to 5 days for North East India.
